Qualifications & Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree required. Training in agriculture or livelihoods with strong experience in community development would be a plus.
- Minimum of 4 years of work experience in project support and community mobilization. Experience in the field of livelihoods or climate adaptation and resilience, and for an NGO and INGO would be a plus.
- Experience with community mobilization and engagement; demonstrated ability to work within communities while being sensitive to gender and local customs.
- Previous experience in training and facilitating behavior change for improved livelihoods is desired.
